Who is responsible for your information

Flowers by Ruiz is the controller of personal information collected through this website, our contact forms and our order experience. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page with “Privacy request” in the message.

Payment data and service providers

Full card details are handled by the connected payment processor and are not stored by Flowers by Ruiz. We may share only the information necessary with payment, ecommerce, delivery, hosting, analytics, communications and fraud-prevention providers under contractual safeguards.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for the period required by law, generally up to seven years. Contact requests are normally retained for up to two years, marketing preferences until you withdraw consent, and technical logs for shorter periods appropriate to security and diagnostics. Data may be retained longer when needed for a dispute, fraud investigation or legal hold.
