Preparation, address eligibility and local delivery rules for Flowers by Ruiz orders.

Flowers by Ruiz is open 365 days a year from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any bouquet size may be requested for the same day with at least four hours’ notice. Orders after 4:00 PM Miami time are delivered the next day. Inventory, distance, building access, weather and order volume can still limit availability; checkout and the order confirmation are final.
Delivery zones and service limit
Delivery starts at $20.80 within 5 miles of our studio and increases by distance band, up to 100 miles in a straight line; delivery prices include the 4% service fee. Enter the complete destination at checkout to confirm eligibility, method and final charge before payment. Traffic, security desks and weather may affect arrival.
Recipient and access requirements
Provide the recipient’s full name, working phone number, complete address, unit, gate code and hotel, hospital or office details. We may contact the purchaser or recipient. If no one is available, the driver may leave the order with an authorized desk or in a safe shaded location when reasonable, or return it for redelivery at an additional fee.
Personalized delivery confirmation
Every bouquet is personally delivered with care, and a delivery photo is sent once it reaches its destination. Optional pre-dispatch bouquet photos are references for approval; small natural variation may remain. Delayed approval can affect the requested delivery time.
Natural variation and substitutions
Because we work with fresh, natural roses, slight variations in color, size and appearance may occur. If a specific rose variety or shade is unavailable, our floral designer will carefully select the closest available option to preserve the overall look, quality and style of your bouquet.
Pickup address
Pickup is at 13391 SW 28th St, Miami, FL 33175 when secure checkout offers pickup for the order. Wait for the order confirmation before travelling; a contact request does not by itself reserve a pickup time.
Miami service area
Flowers by Ruiz is focused on eligible Miami-area addresses and does not ship flowers through national carriers. Enter the complete destination in checkout to see whether a delivery method is currently available. A neighborhood guide does not guarantee service to every address in that area.
Weather, traffic and address changes
We may hold or reschedule a local delivery when extreme heat, storms, traffic disruption or access conditions would create an unreasonable quality or safety risk. Address changes are not guaranteed after preparation or dispatch. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or changed address are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Missing or damaged delivery
Check the arrangement promptly. Report non-delivery, visible handling damage or a serious freshness issue through Contact within 24 hours, including the order number and clear photos. We review delivery and handling records and apply the remedies in our Returns & Floral Guarantee.
